About the event

Join us, as we celebrate Guru Pournima 2024, with this family event to bring the community together and enjoy some summer exercise.

We will be setting off on a 5 mile walk around Langley and the surrounding areas.

All fitness levels are welcome and we will assign you groups to walk within, as well as having multiple refreshment checkpoints along the route.

Please ensure you have enough phone charge on the day, as we will be putting you in whatsapp groups for the day so we can keep in touch with you whilst you're walking and send you the route map and emergency numbers.

Sai Seva UK Walk For Sai t-shirts are required to be worn at all times during this event. If you have previously attended one of our Walk For Sai events, you can re-use your t-shirt at this event. If you would like to purchase a new t-shirt this year, please select this option from the ticket options. If you know your t-shirt size, please add this into the comments section when registering for this event.

Upon your return to Langley College, we will sing Baba’s Madhyan Aarti, followed by Baba's Darshan and Parshad. Disclaimer: Walk for Sai is a charity walk organised by Sai Seva UK. All funds raised will be put towards our project of having a permanent home for Shirdi Sai Baba in the local area 🙏🏼

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you are declaring that you are participating in this event at your own will and that you will be responsible for letting the organisers or volunteers know of any health issues or any other concerns. You take complete responsibility for participating in this event.

There will also be photographs taken and filming during the event, which will be used on WhatsApp, social media and for marketing purposes, so please let the Sai Seva UK volunteering team know if you wish not to be covered.

Walk For Sai 2024
This special event ticket confirms your registration for Walk For Sai. If you attended our previous Walk for Sai events & received your Walk for Sai tshirt, you can re-use your tshirt and pay £5 for registration. If this is your first Walk for Sai event or you would like a new tshirt, registration is £10. Children under the age of 8 are free, but still need to be registered. PLEASE NOTE: there is no tshirt included with the free ticket. There are some group discounts available online only.
